BodyBlitz 1 Leg is Enough Workout

This week's BodyBlitz workout is all about 1 leg and some serious Core strength.  Eat your Wheaties before this one.  (Actually - don't, that stuff is junk.  Eat your veggies and meat.)

  1. I was going to block this obvious ad, but then decided to explain why ab machines are an epic waste of money. They are absolute junk in every way. Our bodies weigh plenty to work our abs/core. You can do plank, roll-outs, V-Ups, Standing Oblique Crunches, C-Sit In-and-Outs, any number of crunch variations at whatever level you're at.

    If you have tons of weight to lose, then frankly, you have no business spending time on your abs specifically at all. Spend your time lifting heavy weights, moving frequently, doing body weight moves and engaging the core throughout.

    The best ab/core piece of fitness equipment does indeed "has the good looks and is what you may expect a good fitness product to look like." IT'S YOUR BODY!

    Please - stay away from this junk. Save your money for buying more meat and veggies.
