Are you tired of crap that just doesn't work? I was. I was tired of going to the gym, getting on the treadmill, doing a lap around the weight machines and going home - yet every day looking the same as I did the day/month/year before. Then I figured it out.

It's about pacing. It's about high intensity, full body, interval based workouts. It's not about 30 minutes on the treadmill while listening to your ipod or worse - reading a book.

Coach vs. Personal Trainer

What is the difference?

If I'm coaching you, then I'm with you via email/texting/phone for your journey through a Beachbody program such as P90X, Insanity or Turbo Fire. I can help motivate you and help answer some nutrition questions through your journey.

If I'm your personal trainer, then you are my responsibility. I will work with you to design a personal nutrition package, workouts and supervise/push you through them. I promise you, you will never workout harder and burn more calories and fat than when I'm right there beside you every step, every lunge, every squat, every push-up.

My training clients and I work extremely hard together to change their lives as quickly and efficiently as possible, working to develop habits that will continue for years to come.
